Ingredients
- 2 oz Top Shelf Gin
- ½ oz Cynar
- ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Top Shelf Cardamom Bitters
- Ice
Garnish
- Expressed lemon zest
Glassware
- Coupe glass
Directions
In a chilled mixing glass add ice, lemon zest and all ingredients. Stir for 20 seconds then strain into a chilled coupe glass. For garnish, express lemon zest, rub the base and side of the glass.
